Wirral NEU is calling on members to step forward and become Workplace Representatives. Reps play a vital role in supporting colleagues, ensuring voices are heard, and strengthening our union at school level.
Workplace representatives played a crucial role in the success and visibility of the Save Education campaign across Wirral and beyond.
Reps ensured that the campaign reached members directly in schools and workplaces. By sharing information, posters, and updates, they helped colleagues understand the issues around funding, workload, and inequality in education.
