Make a Difference in Your Workplace

Wirral NEU is calling on members to step forward and become Workplace Representatives. Reps play a vital role in supporting colleagues, ensuring voices are heard, and strengthening our union at school level.

Why Become a Rep?

As a workplace rep, you will:

  • Support colleagues with advice and guidance
  • Represent members with workplace concerns
  • Help ensure fair treatment and strong working conditions
  • Be a key link between members and the union
  • Play an active role in local and national campaigns

You don’t need prior experience — full training and ongoing support are provided by NEU.

Any NEU member can step up to be a rep. Whether you are experienced or new to the profession, your involvement can make a real difference.
