Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) was a powerful and uplifting event that brought together members, ideas, and voices from across the globe. With a packed agenda and a passionate turnout, we debated and passed a host of important motions that will shape our work in the coming year.
The energy in the room was electric as colleagues reconnected and new alliances were formed. The debates were thoughtful and energizing, reflecting the strength and unity of our membership.
A standout moment of the day was the keynote address by our fantastic guest speaker, Heather, who delivered a moving and insightful talk on trade unionism in Colombia. Her words shed light on the challenges and triumphs of union activists in the region, reminding us of the global nature of our struggle and the importance of international solidarity.
We were also honoured to be joined via video call from Bosnia by our National President, along with our International and General Secretaries. Thank you to Neil for his hard work in making this possible. Their contributions brought a global perspective to our discussions and reinforced our shared commitment to justice and workers’ rights worldwide.
This AGM was more than just a meeting—it was a celebration of our collective strength, our shared values, and our vision for the future. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made it such a success. Onward together!
