We are pleased to announce that Wirral NEU has experienced a significant increase in new members, largely due to the success of our Fund Fair Pay campaign. It is great to see our community expanding and welcoming so many new individuals. This growth reflects the vibrant and supportive environment we have all worked hard to create.
However, with this influx of new members, we have noticed a temporary decline in the percentage of members who have voted to support a fully funded pay increase in schools. We want to assure you that this is a minor setback. Once our new members receive their voting links, we expect the voting percentage rocket We remain confident that the enthusiasm and participation of our community will carry on pushing our vote ever higher!
Let us extend a warm welcome to all our new members and encourage them to actively participate in our meetings and events in school and across the district. Every vote is important, and together, we can achieve remarkable outcomes.
