Our workplace reps are a vital part of our Union. We know that they often work without recognition developing our Union and supporting our members. Wirral NEU would like to celebrate the work our reps undertake and have held an annual rep of the year award.
These are some of the reasons our members nominated our finalists.
Steve Adderley – “Steve always has time for member and is very supportive and easy to approach.”
Malka Biling – “Malka is one of a kind. She is the epitome of selflessness and all that is good in the world. “It is a privilege to know and work alongside her.”
Mike Farrelly – “Mike always has time to listen to staff problems, he listens and makes us feel confident to approach management”
We will also support members in making subsequent nominations to the Regional and National awards.
